- If you must Cancel / Reschedule an appointment, please call at (903) 884-6601 or Email us to admin@eclinicforyou.com at least
24 hours in advance. 24 hour notice is defined as one businessday. - Messages left over the weekend are not considered sufficient notice.
- If you miss or cancel two appointments without 24-hour notice, you may be unable to schedule any further appointments in advance.
- Failure to cancel without 24 hour notice will result in a $15 fee. You are responsible for this fee; it will not be billed to insurance.
- No further appointments will be scheduled until this cancellation fee has been reconciled.
- “No Show” fees $15 will be billed to the Member / Patient. Multiple “no shows” in any 12 month period may result in termination from our Service.
